The Executive Council shall execute the decisions of the Conference.
The Executive Council shall have the power to appoint such committees as may be necessary and to assign such duties and to delegate to them such powers as may be deemed necessary.
The Executive Council shall have the power to discuss, formulate and recommend to the Conference such policies and/or actions as are likely to attain the aims and objectives of NASIMCO.
